The consultant will implement and support SAP Customer Service solutions, focusing on warranty, repair, and service processes within the S/4HANA environment. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, executing test scripts, validating Fiori apps, and resolving system issues for stakeholders.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Vistex solutions focusing on areas like Paybacks, Chargebacks, and Billback Claims Management, while ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD, FI, and EDI modules. Key tasks include technical development using ABAP for WRICEF objects and providing global support across US, EMEA, and Asia regions.

The SAP MM Functional Consultant will be responsible for Fit to Standard workshops, blueprinting, system design, configuration, and testing to support customer SAP MM functions according to specifications and schedules. This role involves identifying delta requirements, implementation, and user training while adhering to quality requirements.

The consultant will act as the subject matter expert for SAP MM & Retail modules, responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting them, and providing solutions, particularly focusing on Planning, Procure to Pay, and Inventory processes.
