The Grower is responsible for analyzing user behavior and product metrics to derive hypotheses for iterative improvements. They will implement A/B tests, manage tracking instrumentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the product lifecycle.
Provide educational support and coaching to adult learners in backend programming through 1:1 sessions and moderated discussions. Develop high-quality technical content, optimize learning materials, and support internal IT projects and consulting.
