Provide pre-sales technical support for the design and implementation of access architecture solutions including R-PHY, vCMTS, and PON. Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer requirements into scalable network solutions through demonstrations and technical validation.

Responsible for end-to-end testing of vCMTS software features, system workflows, and network behaviors in Linux-based environments. The role involves designing test scenarios, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects.
