The Resident will support Decile Capital’s fundraising operations, LP research, investment diligence, and internal operational workflows. This role involves managing scheduling, logistics, and documentation for fundraising processes while ensuring accuracy across internal systems.

The Fund Controller is responsible for ensuring the correctness and integrity of fund accounting across Decile’s supported venture funds. This includes owning accounting standards and serving as the final escalation point for complex accounting questions.

The Fund Accountant is responsible for executing core fund accounting workflows accurately across a defined set of venture funds. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and supporting capital calls and distributions.

The Treasury & Compliance Manager oversees treasury workflows and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements across supported funds. This includes managing cash operations, executing regulatory filings, and maintaining internal controls.
