The Mission Systems Director will shape early program strategy and advise on program structures, acquisition pathways, and funding lines. They will also build trusted customer relationships and guide capture strategies to position Vannevar uniquely in the market.

You will help craft a technical strategy for search at Vannevar and improve search latency and relevance. Additionally, you will partner with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver customer value quickly.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the technical owner for a mission and its associated customer engagements, working directly with operators and analysts. You will own the architecture, development, deployment, and fielding of software solutions tailored to real-world operational needs.
