Lead the day-to-day execution of loan onboarding and offboarding processes while supervising a team of coordinators and specialists. Ensure operational excellence through quality checks, SOP adherence, and the resolution of workflow blockers to meet strict deadlines.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Special Products team to ensure compliance and meet department SLAs. Oversee specialized loan functions including SCRA, ARMs, and successors in interest while coaching staff and optimizing workflows.

Manage vendor invoices, payments, and corporate advances for mortgage loans in default while ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate financial processes and handle audit requests and monthly reporting.

Own and optimize the core data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency while designing scalable multi-tenant architectures. Lead the development of custom ingestion pipelines and partner with analytics teams to define the long-term infrastructure roadmap.
