The coordinator acts as a field liaison to activate spiritual movements by launching Pods, Small Groups, and Chapters. They identify and equip emerging leaders with replicable systems to drive measurable growth across Unity's ecosystem.

The representative will offer exceptional customer service by providing expert product guidance to inbound callers and responding to electronic and written correspondence in English and Spanish. Essential functions include maintaining order acceptance status, analyzing customer communication for sales recommendations, and praying with callers during a minimum of 85% of scheduled ACD hours.

The UPM Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations and leadership of a team of prayer associates, ensuring high-quality service across various communication channels. They provide real-time support, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment aligned with Unity principles.
