The Operations Trainer will partner with business leaders and SMEs to design, develop, and implement custom training content for complex methodologies and SOPs. This role also involves facilitating learning courses, coaching internal experts, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure business impact.
The intern will assist project managers with planning and coordinating onsite construction activities to ensure project objectives are met within time and budget. Responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, participating in site visits, and supporting cross-functional teams.
