The Regional Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and leadership of Assisted Living communities to achieve occupancy goals. This includes supervising employees and ensuring services exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Support the administration and management of nursing services to residents in accordance with physician orders. Supervise nursing services 24/7 in partnership with the DON to maintain federal, state, and company quality standards.

Manage and execute all billing functions for skilled nursing facilities, focusing heavily on Illinois Medicaid. Responsibilities include claims management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across payer types.

The Regional Business Office Consultant provides oversight and support for business office processes across multiple skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include auditing, training staff, monitoring billing and collection efforts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
