Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS and platform distribution contracts. Provide strategic legal guidance to internal business development teams to balance business objectives with risk mitigation.

Develop and manage key relationships with automotive OEMs, agencies, and dealer networks to drive advertising revenue. Create consultative sales strategies to enhance automotive brand visibility and consumer connections through Tubi’s advertising solutions.
