Lead engineering squads to ensure predictable delivery cadence and high team performance within a HIPAA-regulated environment. Own the end-to-end software development process, including people management, process architecture, and cross-functional alignment with product leadership.

You will lead design efforts across patient mobile and care-team desktop applications while establishing research infrastructure and design standards. You will act as a discovery partner within the product trio to shape product decisions and ensure clinical and patient perspectives are integrated.
