The Clinical Pharmacist Operations Manager leads daily clinical operations for the Utilization Management team, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This role also serves as the business owner for the UM platform, overseeing system maintenance, clinical workflow design, and technical configuration.
Support the TruCard Product and Pharmacy team by resolving member concerns and managing prior authorizations and appeals. Assist the clinical team with case reviews and outbound calls to members and providers.
Architect and maintain scalable ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt to provide clean data for analysts and scientists. Act as a technical lead by defining best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
