The Talent Acquisition Specialist will implement recruiting strategies and build strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple locations. They are responsible for managing the ATS, tracking candidate metrics, and ensuring compliance with EEO and government regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly accounting transactions and reports, closing contracts with proper adjustments, and analyzing budget variances. The analyst will also support the VP of Finance with trend analysis and publish recurring reports highlighting areas of concern.

The Director will serve as a chief negotiator for labor agreements, collaborating with internal partners to secure ratified CBAs within economic parameters. Responsibilities also include leading strategic planning, ensuring contract implementation, and assisting counsel with NLRB and regulatory matters.
