Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions while providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
The Technical Director will take hands-on ownership of end-to-end architecture for client products and lead technical strategy and innovation roadmaps. They are responsible for mentoring high-performing engineers and serving as the final point of escalation for technical debt and production issues.
