Own the end-to-end integration of two new hardware devices into a Flutter application, including defining message protocols and security layers. Audit and resolve performance and reliability issues across the application, OS BLE stacks, and firmware.

The Technical Director will take hands-on ownership of end-to-end architecture for client products and lead technical strategy and innovation roadmaps. They are responsible for mentoring high-performing engineers and serving as the final point of escalation for technical debt and production issues.
