The recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment process, including database searching, candidate contact, virtual interviews, reference taking, and providing guidance, without being responsible for business development. Key tasks involve writing distinctive job descriptions, managing candidate relations, analyzing CVs, and evaluating candidate qualifications and motivations.
