The Navigators

The Gift Planning Officer manages a portfolio of ministry partners to secure deferred and current funding through legacy strategies. This includes identifying, cultivating, and soliciting qualified prospects for planned gifts to support missional objectives.

The Grant Writer executes the annual foundations and grants strategy through research, analysis, and the creation of proposals. They collaborate with leadership and field staff to prospect new grants and ensure follow-up reporting is completed.

The Funding Coach will onboard and prepare participants for the MPD Coaching Program, providing direction, encouragement, and accountability. They will assess fundraising needs and lead cohort and individual video calls to support participants in achieving full funding.
