The Mid-Level QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans and performing manual functional and regression testing across various environments. This role also involves validating front-end behavior, testing API integrations, and collaborating with developers to track and resolve defects.

The Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate various contracts such as licensing, distribution, vendor, and artist agreements while ensuring terms protect the organization and comply with legal requirements. Key duties also involve providing counsel on intellectual property matters, conducting due diligence, and advising on data protection and privacy issues.
