Manage environmental planning and biological resources permitting for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and project viability.

The Director of Origination will be responsible for originating commercial transactions in the data center tech space and managing relationships with tech space customers. This includes working with development teams to structure offerings and managing new offtake agreements post-execution.
