Assist citizens with scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments. Provide empathetic and patient support while utilizing customer systems to resolve inquiries.

Responsible for the daily management, guidance, and support of a customer service team for the COVID-19 vaccination line. Key tasks include coaching employees, monitoring service quality, and coordinating with Operations and Training departments.
