The Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating project costs, labor, and materials for RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs. They develop Bills of Materials and Scopes of Work while maintaining long-term business relationships with clients.

Responsible for achieving SLA targets and managing service tickets, client reports, and customer updates for assigned accounts. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure budget adherence for dispatches and labor costs.

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scheduling field technicians and managing relationships with outside service providers to meet customer project timelines. They monitor KPI metrics and control labor spend to ensure projects remain within budget and meet quality standards.

Build and maintain a network of field service vendors by identifying, onboarding, and coaching partners to meet customer demand. Manage technician utilization, handle escalations, and provide data-driven reports on partner performance and spend.

The Service Manager drives operational excellence and financial performance (P&L) while ensuring SLA compliance for security technology services. They serve as the primary point of escalation for clients and lead cross-functional efforts to improve service delivery and customer retention.
