Administer and develop existing and new payroll, scheduling, time, and staffing systems, including configuration, upgrades, testing, data quality assurance, and user training and support. Support the transition to a new HR/payroll system by coordinating requirements, conversion and migration, testing, and documentation of new processes.
Represent the client and provide technical oversight of HVDC converter station delivery, verification, and testing, acting as a key link between the contractor and project participants. Monitor contractual compliance and schedule progress, review technical designs and test results, witness factory and site testing, and document defects, deviations, and lessons learned.
