The intern will support the Global Practice for Women & Youth by updating training resources, consolidating youth economic empowerment materials, and assisting in the creation of learning products. Additionally, they will contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal learning webinars.
Support the operational execution of the project's monitoring and evaluation strategy to ensure social impact data is correctly captured and organized. This includes designing data collection tools, training enumerators, and analyzing databases to facilitate informed decision-making.
The Fellow will spearhead a breakthrough AI initiative focused on Field Impact Innovation to scale support for farmers and small business owners. They will collaborate with senior leadership and technical experts to design fundamental shifts in value delivery.
