The role acts as the bridge between strategic consulting and technical implementation, designing scalable AI architectures and building functional prototypes. Responsibilities include technical lead for customer projects, evaluating tech stacks, and shaping the future engineering team.

The role involves building robust data foundations and retrieval pipelines for AI applications and internal software products. This includes analyzing existing data architectures for clients and implementing technical solutions for unstructured data ingestion.

Lead the end-to-end execution of AI strategy and transformation projects from initial setup to board-level presentation. Act as the bridge between strategic goals and technical implementation while driving business development and the growth of the consulting practice.

The role serves as the organizational backbone for client projects, handling PMO tasks, project controlling, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, the position supports internal strategic initiatives and manages the company's social media presence and brand visibility.
