The Education Specialist partners with families to deliver personalized, standards-aligned instruction in a flexible homeschool setting. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance records, conducting progress meetings, and supporting student mastery through virtual and in-person engagement.

The Educator Development Specialist provides non-evaluative coaching, mentorship, and professional learning opportunities to support the growth and effectiveness of Education Specialists. They coordinate induction services, manage credentialing requirements, and facilitate collaborative learning communities to foster continuous professional improvement.
