You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and automation of the physical infrastructure and OpenStack components. Additionally, you will manage incident response, performance tuning, and provide 3rd-level support for critical internal systems.

You will act as a strategic partner for clients, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex cloud projects from onboarding to implementation. Your role involves coordinating technical changes, managing escalations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through proactive consulting and data-driven decision-making.
