The Capture Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities. They lead the development of capture plans, pricing strategies, and proposal efforts while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

This role manages the full lifecycle of contracts supporting classified Intelligence Community and DoD programs, focusing heavily on pre-award activities like competitive pricing strategy, cost/price analysis, and proposal development. Post-award duties include contract administration, modification processing, compliance assurance with FAR/DFARS, and managing subcontractor pricing.
