They are responsible for driving full-funnel performance, optimizing conversion rates, and building growth systems in collaboration with intake and operations teams.

The attorney will handle hands-on litigation tasks including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings for a docket of employment law cases. This role involves effectively communicating with clients and opposing counsel within a plaintiff-side firm structure.
