The Project Manager will manage the supply contract for inverters, MV stations, and battery storage, ensuring compliance with scope, delivery dates, and budget while maintaining customer satisfaction. This involves acting as the main customer contact and coordinating internal teams and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle until successful commissioning.

The role involves holding senior accountability for the asset management of European PV and ESS portfolios, ensuring compliance with all contractual and performance targets. This includes leading and mentoring the Asset Management team, acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and driving data-driven asset management strategies.

The Partner Success Manager will build strong relationships with distributors and installers in Slovenia and the Balkans, support partners during customer visits, and execute training programs. They will also act as the voice of the customer and identify new sales prospects.
