You will serve as the primary representative for the Stellar Development Foundation in the region, managing institutional relationships and ensuring seamless integration of the Stellar network.

Lead and scale the Stellar Development Foundation's presence in Africa by driving business development and institutional partnerships across five hub markets. The role involves managing the builder pipeline, executing in-market engagement programs, and serving as the primary voice of the African market within the organization.

Define and lead a long-term scientific research agenda focusing on distributed systems, cryptography, and decentralized technologies to support financial inclusion. Build and manage a diverse team of researchers while fostering partnerships with academic and industry institutions.
