This role involves owning release confidence end-to-end by defining readiness criteria, driving go/no-go decisions, and embedding quality into the development lifecycle. The QA Lead will also design and evolve the quality architecture, including regression strategy, test traceability, and the automation roadmap.

This role owns the evolution of the AWS infrastructure, focusing on designing, hardening, and scaling systems across the web platform, mobile backend, data pipelines, and integrations to be more resilient and observable. Responsibilities include defining provisioning, security, monitoring, and recovery strategies while maturing security beyond baseline HIPAA requirements.
