You will own the end-to-end checkout experience for Stash Pay, focusing on optimizing conversion rates and streamlining partner integration processes. This involves managing the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering teams, and implementing data-driven improvements to the checkout flow.

You will own the end-to-end payments strategy, including authorization rate optimization, processor routing, and fraud-vs-conversion tradeoffs. You will act as the primary bridge between operational needs and engineering, managing the payments roadmap and defining key business KPIs.

You will own the end-to-end product roadmap for webshops, including partner integrations, loyalty features, and catalog management. You will lead sprint planning and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable product improvements for game studio partners.
