Lead the workout and resolution of a concentrated portfolio of impaired middle-market credits, personally owning the strategy for 3-5 active credits. This includes negotiating directly with borrowers and sponsors, directing outside counsel on enforcement actions, and managing Chapter 11 proceedings.

The role involves originating and leading the underwriting and execution of private credit investments for lower middle-market businesses. Additionally, the position requires managing portfolio companies, negotiating credit documentation, and contributing to the firm's broader investment platform.

Lead the full investment lifecycle for control and minority equity investments in lower middle-market businesses, including sourcing, due diligence, and valuation. Manage portfolio company performance and cultivate relationships with intermediaries and investors to drive proprietary deal flow.

The analyst will conduct financial monitoring and covenant compliance for a portfolio of lower middle-market companies while supporting valuation and reporting processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining data integrity in CRM systems and providing operational support to Managing Directors during board engagements.

The Senior Portfolio Talent Acquisition Partner will lead executive talent assessments and oversee leadership hiring processes across portfolio companies. This role involves driving thesis-driven executive sourcing and partnering with deal teams to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
