Lead the coordination and execution of artist commerce initiatives across touring, e-commerce, and retail channels. Serve as the primary liaison between artists, management, and internal teams to drive revenue and maximize fan engagement.

The role involves managing artist and label onboarding, maintaining the Foundation website and YouTube channel, and supporting the content team with ingestion and delivery. Additionally, the specialist will proofread metadata and represent the label at weekly production meetings.

Identify and sign emerging talent in the metal, rock, and alternative genres to build global careers. Collaborate with label leadership and marketing to define creative strategies and negotiate artist agreements.
