You will own features end-to-end from scoping to delivery while utilizing AI development tools to direct and evaluate code. You will also collaborate directly with customers and product teams to shape solutions that address real-world workforce management challenges.

You will own the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models, including data validation, model selection, and performance monitoring. You will also collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure the forecasting system delivers actionable results.

Consult with customers throughout their implementation process, leveraging in-depth workforce management knowledge to configure Sona products to meet specific customer needs. Responsibilities also include defining scope, collaborating on timely implementations, championing UAT, conducting training, and sharing expertise internally.
