The Risk Manager will lead and maintain project and programme risk processes, facilitating structured identification and review workshops across the data centre portfolio. They will also provide quantitative risk analysis and decision support to inform contingency setting and ensure alignment with cost and schedule plans.

The manager will be responsible for developing and executing a targeted business development strategy to drive growth within the construction and data centre markets. This includes identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities while building senior-level client relationships.

The Project Director will lead the end-to-end delivery of major data centre programmes, ensuring commercial, technical, and operational excellence while acting as the primary senior point of contact for clients. Key duties include providing strategic oversight of procurement, cost management, risk management, and leading multidisciplinary teams, requiring regular travel to Norway for on-site leadership.

The Associate Director will assist in developing and delivering key procurement and commercial strategies across various projects. They will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving business improvement initiatives.

The Project Controls Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of Project Controls, including reporting, cost control, and schedule management. They will also produce regular reports detailing project progress and variances.
