Lead a centralized technical team to optimize the performance and reliability of Electric Drive Truck fleets for mining customers. Act as the primary liaison between customers, SMS Equipment, and OEMs to drive reliability strategies and resolve technical issues.

The Business Development Manager will lead sales strategies and RFP processes for underground mining equipment across Canada. They will also co-lead marketing roadmaps and manage key OEM relationships to drive growth and product support.
