Build and lead the AI test automation consulting practice, including service development and presales, and create strategies and maturity models for AI-supported and agentic automation. Lead test management for complex regulated transformations, integrate AI-generated tests into CI/CD pipelines, establish quality gates and audit trails, and guide internal and external test teams.
