You will manage the entire finance department, including P&L responsibility, cash flow planning, and monthly reporting. Additionally, you will handle bookkeeping preparations in DATEV and collaborate directly with the tax advisor.

You will manage direct-response marketing and copywriting, creating high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and ad copy. You will also analyze performance data to iterate on winning campaigns and develop efficient AI-driven workflows.
