Lead the translational strategy to bridge discovery and clinical programs, owning the transition of assets to IND-enabling studies and first-in-human trials. Collaborate across research, clinical, and regulatory teams to build a translational framework and manage external partnerships.

The Principal Scientist will lead ADME/PK strategies and translational modeling efforts for tumor-targeting therapeutics. They will collaborate cross-functionally to design preclinical studies and support IND-enabling activities.

Lead the protein engineering and chemistry teams in the design, discovery, and optimization of therapeutic candidates for the CAPAC platform. Oversee CMC strategy, including process and analytical development, while managing internal and external collaborations to advance programs into clinical development.
