The Principal Scientist will lead nonclinical safety and pharmacology strategies, including the design and interpretation of studies for IND-enabling programs. They will collaborate cross-functionally with chemistry, biology, and ADME/PK teams to guide therapeutic design and candidate selection.

The Director of Clinical Operations will build and lead the clinical operations function, ensuring the on-time and on-budget execution of oncology clinical programs. This role involves hands-on management of study startup, vendor oversight, and the development of scalable processes for future growth.

Lead the protein engineering and chemistry teams in the design, discovery, and optimization of therapeutic candidates for the CAPAC platform. Oversee CMC strategy, including process and analytical development, while managing internal and external collaborations to advance programs into clinical development.
