The Principal Scientist will lead nonclinical safety and pharmacology strategies, including the design and interpretation of studies for IND-enabling programs. They will collaborate cross-functionally with chemistry, biology, and ADME/PK teams to guide therapeutic design and candidate selection.

The Principal Scientist will lead ADME/PK strategies and translational modeling efforts for tumor-targeting therapeutics. They will collaborate cross-functionally to design preclinical studies and support IND-enabling activities.

Lead the protein engineering and chemistry teams in the design, discovery, and optimization of therapeutic candidates for the CAPAC platform. Oversee CMC strategy, including process and analytical development, while managing internal and external collaborations to advance programs into clinical development.
