You will provide technical support for email security solutions, including troubleshooting delivery issues and configuring mail servers. Additionally, you will automate tasks, document processes, and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical users.

You will be responsible for the localization, market development, and positioning of Human Risk Management software within the DACH region. Additionally, you will act as a key interface between customers, sales, product development, and marketing to drive business growth.

You will develop and maintain robust backend services for secure email solutions while occasionally contributing to frontend tasks. Additionally, you will implement AI-assisted development methods and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
