Oversee the National Programs department and the National Early Educator Training Center to amplify programmatic work in external spaces. Drive internal alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement across state and sector-specific programmatic departments.

The CFO provides strategic oversight of financial, risk management, legal compliance, and administrative functions while reporting to the Executive Director. A primary goal is leading the transition from an outsourced accounting model to a high-performing in-house finance department and implementing a new ERP system.
