The role involves owning the entire animation pipeline from rigging and implementation to final polish for a PvE co-op action game. Responsibilities include creating high-quality character performances and responsive gameplay animations while improving technical workflows in Unreal Engine.

Oversee a large team of engineers and QA to tackle technical challenges and improve tools for MARVEL SNAP. Act as the technical vision holder and manage the delivery pipeline from planning to production.
