Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on skills and customer needs while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage the full service lifecycle, including tracking repair progress, handling purchase orders, and ensuring operational follow-through.

Develop warehouse and material handling concepts, layouts, and system designs using AutoCAD to meet customer operational goals. Partner with sales teams to recommend equipment configurations and manage technical reviews and cost estimates during the pre-sales process.

As a Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and rebuild various systems on material handling and aerial equipment. You will also perform inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates to manufacturer standards.

The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring jobsite readiness for installations. They are responsible for managing materials, logistics, budgets, and maintaining clear communication across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
