Serve as a trusted legal advisor providing guidance on assumed and ceded reinsurance contracts and strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, advising underwriters on material terms, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.

Lead the placement and analysis of ceded reinsurance programs in collaboration with the Treaty Committee and internal business partners. Oversee facultative placements, treaty renewals, and ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Lead a team in building and maintaining pricing models for direct casualty lines of business. Collaborate with Underwriting and IT departments to ensure data integrity and provide insights to management via reports and dashboards.
