The Manager of Corporate Development is responsible for building financial models and business cases to evaluate land acquisitions and M&A opportunities for AI data center infrastructure. This role leads financial diligence and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support capital deployment decisions.

Lead the strategic origination of land and power infrastructure to deploy high-density AI data centers across the APAC region. Manage utility engagements, negotiate interconnection agreements, and oversee the full due diligence and permitting process for new sites.

Define and execute the global land and power strategy to scale AI data center infrastructure across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Lead the origination of land and energy partnerships while managing a globally distributed team to optimize deployment speed and cost.

Establish and lead a global Project Management Office to oversee the delivery of complex AI data center infrastructure projects. The role involves building governance frameworks, managing the project portfolio, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Lead the end-to-end execution of U.S.-based data center developments from design and procurement to commissioning and operational handover. Scale a high-performance delivery platform across multiple markets while managing construction operations and delivery risk.
