The Senior Manager will lead the management, growth, and compliance of the company's Political Action Committee and political engagement programs. They will also drive grassroots advocacy and build relationships with key legislators and policymakers at federal, state, and local levels.

This leader is responsible for identifying, implementing, and executing strategic development projects in coordination with Destination Development and RCG Leadership, which includes securing necessary external and internal approvals. The role also involves overseeing existing Joint Venture partner relationships and ensuring adherence to RCG guest experience standards.
