The EDI Specialist serves as the technical lead for the data exchange ecosystem, managing enrollment and contribution data for health benefit plans. Responsibilities include configuring EDI 834 transactions, onboarding partners, and ensuring HIPAA compliance across all data transmissions.

The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while managing their accounts and participants. You will address inquiries from clients or brokers and proactively engage with clients to ensure accurate plan administration.
