Develop partnerships with the developer community and build a pipeline for the Creator Events Program. Engage with current and upcoming developers while adhering to Roblox moderation rules and guidelines.

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of global developer engagement initiatives, including organizing both online and in-person events for learning and collaboration. You will also build relationships with creators and identify high-potential developers building innovative experiences on the Roblox platform.

The individual will be responsible for classifying content based on specific guidelines to improve Roblox systems, which includes reviewing and classifying text, image, video, scripts, and audio. They will also track insights, test new studio features, and provide detailed feedback.
