Head of Hardware Engineering - Combustion Systems - Remote
You will lead the end-to-end development of hardware systems, from initial architecture and prototyping through to operational qualification and production-scale manufacturing. This role involves managing external engineering partners, building and mentoring a hardware team, and ensuring technical quality across mechanical, thermal, and combustion systems.
