The Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing enterprise accounts within an assigned territory and identifying, qualifying, and closing complex sales opportunities. This role involves developing strategic account plans and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements.

The IP Optical Sales Engineer will work closely with account teams to develop Ribbon's business in the IP Optical market, promoting solutions to US Service Providers and Datacenters. Responsibilities include leading pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise, and developing business opportunities in IP Optical applications.
